Guarantees & Complaints
We care about our cupcakes and vow to do our best to deliver them to you in the best condition. Still, it can happen that an order breaks during transport or that something happens giving you rights to guarantee. Under the laws, foods are exempt of the laws surrounding guarantees for buying remotely, but we will do everything in our power to make sure you receive a fresh and unscathed product.
To qualify for guarantee, you must check the product condition upon delivery. After delivery you cannot apply for guarantee anymore. In case a defect is found during handover, then we shall replace your product at no cost or cancel it at your discretion.
It can happen that something does not work out as planned. We advice to make your complaints known to use first via contact. In case this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for arbitration via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/. for consumers in the EU, it is also possible to register complaints via the ODR-platform of the Europese Commission. This ODR-platform can be found on http://ec.europa.eu/odr. In case your complaint has is not being processed yet elsewhere, you are free to post your complaint on the platform of the Europese Union.
